Our technical department consists of a highly-qualified and experienced team of professionals specialised in the various business areas of the company.
Alea Soluciones has established a program of continuous training for our team, believing that recycling skills and acquiring new competencies is the key to maintaining our leading role in the sector.
Additionally, direct contact with clients provides Alea with a 360º vision of changes in the market, allowing us to anticipate their future needs. Thanks to our ticket system, clients can report incidents, track their status, and manage service requests easily and efficiently, while permitting the department to manage incidents quickly, without access problems or busy phone lines.
Additionally, Alea offers a special support service for severe, generalised and urgent incidents that require immediate attention outside of business hours.
Software development
Alea has a continuously evolving and improving software development team. Consisting of 11 professionals with different profiles and specialisations, this multifunctional team encompasses a broad range of capacities and competencies.
On a daily basis, this department receives requests from clients for new functionalities and solutions for their systems and equipment. These are carefully analysed by our team to decide how these can be developed and integrated into our systems, applications and with what priority.
The primary focus of this department is to meet the needs of the client with different projects and solutions from initial design to final implementation.
Official distribution
We are the only distributor that Huawei has awarded as Value Added Partner -VAP- in Spain for four years now and since last year also at European level. Likewise, we have the 5 star Partner certification.
We are the official distributor of Huawei equipment, so we have a large stock of equipment to meet the needs of our customers. We deliver our clients' orders in a short period of time; much of them in 24 hours. We have the experience that gives us more than 10,000 shipments made last year.
