We offer support and maintenance services for operators, traditional and mutualized, continuously improving the quality and performance of their networks and distribute GPON\/XGPON and Huawei Networking products. <\/p>\n<p>Over the last 20 years, Alea Soluciones has consolidated its position within the local operator sector to become a benchmark for service, quality and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>The Management of Alea Soluciones has decided to implement an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, based on the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards to improve the service it provides to its customers, its performance and efficiency with the environment and focuses the Integrated System as a way to organize the operation of the organization based on some basic pillars such as the quality of its services, customer satisfaction, management of environmental aspects, emergencies, risks, legal requirements and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated System and which is based on:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; To seek the satisfaction of customers and interested parties by complying with established requirements, protecting their interests, and continuously seeking to improve their satisfaction.<br \/>&#8211; Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, taking into account at all times the context of the organization and through the establishment of objectives.<br \/>&#8211; Effectively assign roles and responsibilities, improve the work environment, train and motivate personnel about the importance of the Management System as an intrinsic instrument of our activity.<br \/>&#8211; Comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with other requirements that our company subscribes to related to its environmental aspects.<br \/>&#8211; Continually intensify our environmental management to improve the company&#8217;s overall performance, with a focus on life cycle analysis.<br \/>&#8211; Employ good professional practices and ensure the quality of the services performed, always executing them with professionalism and efficiency, and in accordance with the methods established in the applicable regulations.<br \/>&#8211; Quality leads us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and to the possible improvements that new technologies may make available to us to improve our production processes and services.<br \/>&#8211; Identify and control the environmental aspects of the organization, including the prevention of pollution and risks, in such a way that we establish a preventive approach.<br \/>&#8211; Establish and regularly review quality and environmental objectives and targets in line with the commitments made in this statement.
